Well I have been on a bit of a hiatus from posting and blogging, but I can assure you it was all for a good reason. My wife and I welcomed our first child into the world on October 19, 2011. Our new baby boy, Emmett Tobin Foster, was born here in Tacoma at St. Joseph's and I must say they have the most wonderful staff of caretakers, nurses, and doctors on hand. We thank all of you at St. Joe's who helped us in this journey, it was an amazing experience.
Today is officially my first day back to work (though I did stay connected via email, just could not completely get away). So, after checking back into my cases I hope to be posting and blogging a bit more and hopefully bring some relative and informative content on the legal issues that keep you interested and coming back to this blog.
